  They rush ordered glasses for me because I scratched my eye and couldn't wear contacts, which I appreciated. I wasn't told that I could not get them glare resistant in the fast time frame that I needed them. I haven't bought glasses in six years, so I honestly didn't even consider they would not be glare resistant (the glasses I had previously my dad had bought for me when I was a teenager, and were glare resistant, so it didn't even cross my mind that they didn't come that way). I called to ask how much it would be to switch them to glare resistant, and was a little irritated when initially told I'd have to pay the full $140 for the glasses a second time (so $280) plus the $115 to get glare resistant. Making the overall total $395. This irritated me because I hadn't been offered glare resistant or been told that it wasn't going to be an option since I needed them overnight. (again, I am appreciative of how quickly they got me the original glasses when I needed them). I was just irritated at what I felt was a miscommunication. I was pleasantly surprised at later receiving a phone call from the optometrist offering that they could remake the lenses if I could pay the difference (the $115 for the glare resistant factor). I honestly hadn't expected this. I let him know I would be more than happy to pay the difference. I appreciate good customer service, and I know now that he definitely cares about making sure his patients are happy. All is resolved and I will be back and recommend this place to anyone.
