  OMG!!!!The worst and rudest people working in this clinic, very unprofessional, no manners, rough women.. From the one answering the phone calls to the check out. When you want to leave messages, you have to explain to the operator in details otherwise she won't accept any messages, then will tell the nurse, then the nurse calls ..you have to explain again to her in details, if you are lucky you get her phone call, if you miss her call, forget it until she remembers if I call back and she is not available, then again you have to explain from the beginning to the one answering the phone, and step 2... 3 ...4 , then you have to call again, explain the same thing , they tell you to make an appointment, got explain to the same nurse again, by the time you see the doctor who by the way is a good doctor, he gets the information completely wrong, because there's three people asking questions, they don't have a voicemail directly to the nurse and that makes it terrible and a complete mess. It goes in circles I just talked to "Diane" about some of the claims that I should not have paid according to my insurance company and she said " you got this credit ,I was in the middle of saying thank you and she hanged up the phone" wowww!!!, I wonder If these people are supervised, probably not. They need new personnel. The Doctor is a wonderful person and these women are making him look really bad. They need people with compassion and manners. I'm a christian person and I'm honest, not lying. God sees everything.

  This doctors office constantly closes early, yet they claim they don't. When they do close early, they post a note on the door the day of, and don't change their voicemail. When calling in prescriptions, they don't tell you if they plan to close early the day it is ready to pick up. Something happens every single month. How is the whole entire office closed when only the doctor seems to have these emergencies so often that she has to be gone?
